Our Work — Production, Podcasts and Content from Amman

A look at the kinds of projects The Big Agency plans, shoots and finishes from its Amman studio: commercial production, podcast and interview episodes, and restaurant and social content. Each one below sets out what the work involved. Named client results are published as case studies once the client has approved the numbers - ask us for examples from your sector in the meantime.

How a project runs

The same five steps whether the job is a single shoot day or a monthly retainer. The written scope in step two is the part most agencies skip, and the part that prevents every argument that follows.

01

Brief and objective

What the content is for, who it speaks to, when it is needed and which budget band applies. Twenty minutes on a call is usually enough.

02

Written scope before any work starts

One page: deliverables, quantities, timeline, price and what is not included. Nothing begins until it is agreed in writing.

03

Pre-production

Shot list, locations or studio room, styling, casting where needed, and a schedule for the day. Decisions made here are the cheap ones.

04

Production, in house

Our own crew, cameras, lighting and studio. One shoot day is planned to produce the campaign asset, the vertical cuts and the website images together.

05

Post-production and handover

Editing, colour, sound and platform versions, then one round of revisions against the written scope before final files are handed over.

What you own when it is finished

Ownership is the question clients forget to ask and regret later. Our answer is the same on every project, and it is worth asking any agency you speak to for theirs in writing.

Final filesDelivered in the formats and sizes named in the scope: platform versions for social, print-ready where relevant, and web-optimised images.
Raw and source filesYours. Raw footage, unedited stills and editable source files transfer to you - so a future agency, or your own team, can pick the work up.
Usage rightsUnrestricted commercial use of the work we produce for you. Where a model or a licensed font is involved, its own licence is stated in the scope.
Accounts and loginsAd accounts, hosting, analytics and podcast hosting are created in your name from day one. You pay the platforms directly and we add no markup on ad spend.
ConfidentialitySome work is under NDA and never appears here. Confidentiality protects a client's name, not the production numbers - which is why the figures above are published and the names are not.

How we present work

Some of what we produce is under confidentiality, so not every project appears here. Where a client prefers not to be named, we describe the work without the brand name rather than leave the project out entirely. If you want to see work from your own sector before deciding, ask and we will send relevant examples directly.
