How quickly do you reply?
We reply to every enquiry within one working day. If you include the scope, the timeline and a rough budget in your first message, you will usually get an indicative price in that same reply.
What information do you need in the first message?
What you want to produce, who it is for, when you need it, and a rough budget if you have one. Those four things are enough for a useful answer instead of a meeting to collect them.
Can we visit the studio?
Yes, by appointment. It is especially useful for podcast and product photography projects, because you see the space before you book it.
Are you really open 24 hours?
Yes. The studio operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so night recordings, overnight edits and shoots scheduled around a restaurant or clinic's closing hours are all possible. Sessions outside normal hours are booked in advance rather than walked into.
Do you quote before a meeting?
Wherever possible, yes. If the scope is clear we send a written quote straight away. Vaguer projects need a short call first, because pricing without a scope is not pricing.
